Directions of use.
Simply place 200g of the mixture into a blender along with 12 dates and 1/3 cup of coconut oil! Roll into balls, dust with coconut and EAT UP!
These can be kept in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months and defrosted when desired. I also like flattening the mixture out into a slice pan and cutting into bars or using as the base of a cheesecake!
