Good Morning Overnight Oats
What better way to RISE & SHINE then with a big bowl of my sweet and creamy overnight oats, which can be served cold or heated in the microwave!! Whats even better is they have been working all night to transform into this SUPERFOOD breakfast for you, so all you have to do is grab a spoon and DIG IN! With no added sugars, colours or flavourings this is your new GO TO BREAKFAST!
We love this product as a post-workout breakfast or snack and is great to consume on your way to work!

Directions of use.
Simply add 1/2 a cup of the oat mix to 1/3 cup of water, stir until well mixed and leave in fridge to set overnight!
Wake up in the morning to a delicious oatmeal which you can top with your favourite toppings! Alternatley, when you mix the oat mix and water add your favourite mix-ins here! We love dates, blueberries + coconut!
You can enjoy your oatmeal cold or warm, by heating in the microwave for 30sec to 1 minute.
