INGREDIENTS. for 2
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 lime, juiced
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 1/2 cups chopped frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 large handful spinach
optional: 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder of choice
TO DO.
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until completely smooth. If it isn’t quite blending or you would like to thin it out, add some water.
2. SLURP IT UP!
