Love myself a good capsicum! With its versatility, beautiful variety of colours and health benefits - whats not to love!

BENEFITS
The following is a list of the many benefits a serve of capsicum can provide to you!
Low in energy and high in vitamins!
Lots of VITAMIN C, which powers up your immunity and keeps skin youthful! (yes please!) Keep in mind though red capsicums have the highest amount of Vitamin C!
Red capsicums also contain several PHYTOCHEMICALS and CAROTENOIDS, particularly beta-carotene, which provides you with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits!
The capsaicin in capsicum REDUCES ‘BAD’ CHOLESTEROL, CONTROLS DIABETES, PAIN RELIEF and REDUCES INFLAMMATION!
The sulfur levels provide protection against certain types of CANCERS.
Good source of VITAMIN E, which keeps skin and hair lush and subtle.
Contains VITAMIN B6, which creates a healthy nervous system and helps with cell renewal.
Enzymes such as lutein, PROTECT THE EYES from cataracts and macular degeneration later in life!
