INGREDIENTS.
3 tbsp chia seeds 1 banana 150 ml milk of choice 1 tsp vanilla extract
TO DO.
1. Process the banana, milk and vanilla in a blender until a thick and creamy mixture is formed.
2. Pour into a bowl and add the chia seeds.
3. Stir well to distribute the seeds evenly throughout your pudding. Chill in the fridge overnight or for at least four hours.
