For some people cooking a meal every night or for every lunch just isn't feasible! It's time consuming and can definitely be energy draining! But on the other hand - eating the same dish for days in a row can be BORING! A great way to avoid this is to cook a dish in bulk and create different meals from this dish - keeping everything simple yet different!
