MACRO BOWL


INGREDIENTS.

1 sunrice brown rice cup

2 eggs

Splash of milk

Salt and pepper

Oregano

½ zucchini, sliced

½ capsicum, sliced

8 cherry tomatoes

Olive oil

TO DO.

1.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

2.Add the veggies and start to stir fry until bright, for 5 minutes or so

3.Add salt and pepper and cover. Leave to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking

4.Add oregano and remove from heat

5.Whisk eggs and milk and scramble eggs in pan

6.Heat rice cup for 60 secs

7.Assemble everything in a bowl and enjoy!
